Does it record the front and the rear?
Yes. It is a dual dash cam: the front camera records in 4K Ultra HD (3840×2160 at 30fps) and the rear camera records in 1080p. Both have a 170° wide-angle lens.
Is a memory card included?
Yes. A 64GB microSD memory card is in the box, along with the front camera, the rear camera, a car charger and a user manual.
How do I connect the app and set the date and time?
Download the WitCam app for iOS or Android. Switch the camera on, connect your phone to the camera's Wi-Fi, then open WitCam to view, download and share your footage. The user manual in the box has the full steps for connecting and for setting the date and time. If the app won't connect or the date and time on your footage is wrong, email support@fitlybuy.com and we'll help you set it up.
What happens when the card is full?
Loop recording automatically overwrites older files. If the G-sensor detects a collision, it locks that footage so it is kept.
Does it record while my car is parked?
Only with a dash cam hardwire kit, which is sold separately and not included. With a hardwire kit connected, the camera can switch on and record if your parked car is bumped. With the included car charger, it records while you drive. If you're unsure which kit to choose, contact us before buying one.
Does it have GPS?
No. A GPS module is not included, so footage doesn't record your speed or location.
What warranty does it have?
Your purchase is covered by the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which can't be excluded. If it develops a fault, email support@fitlybuy.com. See our Refunds and Warranties Guide for how to make a claim.
Is it hard to install?
The compact design fits behind the rear-view mirror and comes with an easy-to-follow installation guide.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free Australia-wide, with no minimum order value. We ship to Australian addresses only and can't deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Delivery times vary by location, and remote or regional areas may take longer. Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Can I return it if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with all accessories. For change-of-mind returns the buyer pays return postage. Email support@fitlybuy.com before sending anything back. Refund policy
What if it arrives faulty?
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the return postage.
